Valantine's Day Recipe For Lovers

When you think of Valentine's Day recipes you really can't help but think of chocolate. I mean who is not a chocolate lover? I have found that it is definitely many people's guilty pleasure. One of my most favorite and decadent guilty pleasure Valentine's Day recipes is this luscious and yummy Amaretto-Chocolate souffle. It is not terribly difficult to make and is always a hit.

First up, you ingredient list. You'll need:
* A quarter of a cup of all-purpose flour
* One teaspoon of instant espresso powder
* One cup granulated sugar
* Two tablespoons of granulated sugar, for sprinkling
* One cup of milk
* Three tablespoons of butter
* Five ounces of unsweetened chocolate, chopped coarsely
* Three tablespoons of almond flavor liqueur
* Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
* Four large eggs, separate the yolks from the whites
* Two large egg whites
* One quarter teaspoon of salt
* And a little confectioner sugar

Now to make the souffle you just combine the flour, espresso powder, and a half cup of granulated sugar; gently stir in milk until blended in a large saucepan. Cook until the mixture comes to a boil and let boil for a minute, stirring the whole time.

After removing the pan from the heat, whisk in the butter and chocolate. Then add the liqueur and vanilla and whisk until creamy. Then, after whisking in the egg yolks, allow the mix to cool until lukewarm. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease two quart souffle dish. Sprinkle in two tablespoons granulated sugar.
In your mixing bowl beat all the egg whites and salt until foamy. Slowly beat in remaining a half cup of granulated sugar just until stiff peaks form Then gradually fold two thirds of the egg whites into the chocolate. Pour all this into a souffle dish and bake for forty minutes. And there you have my best Valentine's Day recioe for lovers.
